The building at 13/15 K.Barona Street was originally constructed in 1904 in an eclectic art nouveau style (architect J.Alksnis), and then thoroughly reconstructed in 1998. The building is located in the very centre of Riga, at the crossing of K.Barona and Dzirnavu streets. The original facade and distinctive interior elements of the building have been preserved during reconstruction, while apartments and offices have been adjusted to modern standards.
