Office with tiny balconie, located in 12A Ūnijas St, is integrated in one of the historical VEF factorys yellow-brick buildings (built in 1928 as an instrument workshop), in Teika neighborhood.
Office takes up all of the buildings third floor, and is accesible by any of the three staircases - there is no elevator in the building.
Two WC and two kitchens are seperated, therefore premises may be split to two tenants. One shower. Premises are freshly re-painted.
Air conditioners are controllable by remote individually in every office space, as well as every room can be locked. Wooden batch windows, double-windowed wall partitions (equipped with wooden or textile roller-blinds), ceiling height is 3.50 meters, sound-damping soft flooring, computer network is available, alarm, autonomous gas heating. Optical internet is provided by Tet and Telia. Premises do not have suspended ceilings, therefore design is focused on spaciousness and light.
Office is divided into 8 rooms, as well as wardrobes and archive room without windows. Kitchen is equipped with built-in dishwasher. Both french and regular balconies.
Design salon PAA is located in the buildings lower two floors.
During working hours, six cars may be parked in the courtyard. Cars may also be parked on the street, without time restrictions.
